About

Hello, I’m Foli Riegle

Occupational Therapist

Ready to take back your pelvic health?

As an Occupational Therapist, I've always had a passion for health, wellness and helping others reach their potential. My interest in Women's Health spawned from many of the women I've spoken to over the years who have suffered in silence. Pelvic pain, pelvic prolapse, urinary and bowel incontinence are some of the many issues that can be difficult to talk about and even more difficult to seek out help.

As a mother of three who has always been an avid runner and busy with family activities, I deeply relate to the ups and downs of the pre and post natal period. I can empathize with the struggles that so many women have and may experience. I suffered from diastasis recti separation, pelvic floor issues and low back pain associated with my pregnancies. There is so much information out there it can be difficult to decipher what is ACCURATE and evidence based.

As an advocate and champion of women, my goal has always been to equip all ages and backgrounds with the education, treatment and support that all women need in order to take back their pelvic health. As a licensed therapist I have extensive knowledge, experience and background in the anatomy and functions of the human body. I have also completed renowned pelvic floor courses which will allow me to provide the most current strategies and treatments.

I have been an Occupational Therapist since 2012 and have a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine and received my undergraduate degree in Health Administration from Ohio University.
